The chiropractic adjustment or manipulation refers to a technique that restores motion in a joint that is fixated or not moving properly. Dr. Day's hands-on treatment will help the mobility of the targeted joints, relaxation of the surrounding musculature, and pain relief.

Dr. Day will perform a thorough history and examination which determines the diagnosis and course of treatment.

If X-rays/images are warranted, a same-day written referral will be issued to our preferred imaging specialists, imaging and image impressions are completed within a 2-4 day period and care will be continued appropriately.

Kinesiology taping (Rock Tape) is designed to aid in the healing of musculoskeletal injuries and improve physical performance. Rock Tape can be used to decrease pain, activate or deactivate muscles, improve blood flow and drastically reduce swelling. It’s not a brace or a crutch, it provides support and proprioceptive (body awareness) aid in promoting proper musculoskeletal function.

It's water resistant - you can swim, sweat, and shower - it'll stay on and remain functioning for 2-3 days depending on area of application and use.
